TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USING THE "ON LINE PAYMENT" SYSTEM
When accessing the web site of "Hoteli-Metropol" A.D. -Ohrid and when making the payment through our on-line payment system, you agree that you accept the terms and conditions presented below. 

"Hoteli-Metropol" A.D. -Ohrid retains the rights to change the policy and the terms & conditions at any time, and the changes will be presented on this web site. 
1. POLICY FOR THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA 
"Hoteli - Metropol" AD -Ohrid will use personal data in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection and other relevant regulations of the Republic of Macedonia. It will not disclose personal information to third party, except in cases where it is permitted or legally prescribed, in order to protect its interests or to comply with judicial orders or other legal or regulatory requirements. The following details are considered as Personal data: Name, Family name, E-mail address, e-mail address, etc. The payer guarantees the accuracy of the entered data. "Hoteli - Metropol" AD -Ohrid does not bear any liability if the entered data is incorrect.

2. POLICY FOR PROTECTION OF CONFIDENTIAL DATA AND INFORMATION
"Hoteli - Metropol" A.D. -Ohrid takes all necessary measures for the protection of personal data in order to prevent loss, theft and misuse, as well as unauthorized access, alteration or destruction. "Hoteli - Metropol" A.D. -Ohrid for the entire duration of the transaction has no insight into the number, date, validity and security code of your payment card, nor has access to any information related to your bank account. The personal data are submitted on our website processing center, that processes the online payment transactions.
The online payment can be made with a credit or debit card.

3. REFUND POLICY FOR ON-LINE PAYMENTS 
On-line payment should be made on the basis of a previous formal or informal agreement with "Hoteli - Metropol" A.D. -Ohrid for services that are within the registered activity of the company.
"Hoteli - Metropol" AD -Ohrid has no obligation to make refund from  the on-line payment.

4. COMPETENCE OF THE COURT
Should any future dispute arise between "Hoteli - Metropol" .AD. – Ohrid and the buyer through the on-line payment system, the proceedings will be in jurisdiction of the Primary Court in Ohrid, and directives stipulated in the Macedonian legislation will be exclusively applied.
